ABOUT US The EEO Office provides services to NOAA Research employees and to applicants for employment.(See Overview).The EEO office performs the following four functions:
Monitoring of statistical information. Recruitment activities for short and long-term recruitment. Reports on progress to NOAA, DOC, EEOC and OPM. To positively impact on hires, promotions, and retention of women and minorities and other protected groups.
