OAR EEO Policies
The NOAA Research EEO Policies were developed to ensure that minorities, women and disabled individuals are accorded hiring, promotion and other advancement opportunities. NOAA Research Managers and Supervisors must follow these guidelines in the recruitment and placement of candidates.
